In 1994, Mirko Mann and Ulrich Schulze started an ambitious 2-man business in Berlin – with the vision of making catering an unforgettable experience. Our demand for high quality, a little luck, and loyal customers were the basis for steady growth. A lot has changed since then, but our demands remain the same. Year after year, we have set new goals for ourselves, and we have reached them with a highly committed team that today includes more than 70 people.
