Daimlers – restaurant and wine store on Kurfürstendamm
In 2005, Optimahl took over the restaurant Daimlers in the Mercedes Benz Showroom and twice won accolades in 2006. In the summer, the German food and restaurant magazine “Der Feinschmecker” named it one of the 600 best restaurants in Germany. Shortly thereafter, “Gault Millau” gave it 14 points for best newcomer in Berlin.
The refined cuisine combines classic and modern dishes with simple elegance.

weissgold – restaurant at the Mercedes Welt on Salzufer
Since 2006, Optimahl has been managing the restaurant “weissgold“ in the world’s largest Mercedes Benz branch. Back then, salt („white gold“) was stored on the Salzufer. Nowadays, the restaurant uses a variety of salts in its dishes, which are also available for sale. The bistro kitchen, apart from its à la carte offerings, serves a variety of pasta at the pasta bar. Our professionally developed eating-pleasure concept picks up on the trend of healthy nutrition. The restaurant “weissgold” has a staff of 18, with Maik Vogt as chef de cuisine. Space for up to 3,000 people offers plenty of room for events of all kind.

SeeLodge – restaurant and hotel in Kremmen near Berlin
